2014 AGENDA READY to ROLL.. summary of SwisherCo projects

Currently Reviewing Expansion of offices to east Ventura County, CA as Operational HQ, Tampa Bay and Atlanta Hartsfield Airport for the Franchise division, Orlando or Lake Mary-Sanford (Seminole Co) for National HQ. Houston is schedule for operation in 2014 as is Auburn, Alabama  for Internet Businesses.

Swisher Co Group is a diversified company encompassing many industries. It all Started in 1991 with the Mobile Car Care Franchise invention (http://mobilecarcare.blogspot.com/) . Swisher has become diversified in order to take cure Problems or make life easier for Consumers. Currently in the process of plans to expand to Southern California while retaining Central Florida as the Home Office. Most operational planning will be in Southern California.

 1. Global "Marshall Plan" like Economic Reboot 

$ 500 Billion Nation Building Assistance Plan for many nations to propel them into the 21st Century with economic growth that rivals the 1948 Post World War 2 Marshall Plan. Pilot Programs will be run in the following cities: Orlando-Central Florida, Cleveland, Houston, Los Angeles, and Newark. If we fix these cities, we have the formula to Save the World. Each has its unique problems but should give us an indication of how to do this Nationally with a proven formula. It is a shame that US cities resemble Third World neighborhoods and the crime in Minority communities rival Terrorists havens in Baghdad. In regards to Nation Building, helping Central America and Mexico will be the top Priority & making Mexico an better nation with all its resources. It is a shame that it remains corrupt and in horrible poverty. Our goal is to make the Global economy not dependent on other uncontrollable events and help rebuild the US industry.

This Project is linked to the Energy program since adding prosperity to regions that have not experienced this lifestyle will only add to the demand for Oil and resources. And with the Global downturn in economies this plan will repair those Banking entities and National growth so that when the Financials do improve they all will be stronger and leaner and more productive.

2. 2013 NEW ENERGY Plan- Moon Landing Like Program:

Spending $1 Billion in a new research and development program to eliminate our addiction to OIL. A new way to think about Energy and ways to produce energy. A new non-gasoline car will be ready for production by 2011. This new engine actually can be used to power the Trucking industry and in some cases Aircraft. But the goal here is to make an energy system for office buildings and Homes and all Transportation. Regardless of future energy needs via the grid, this is a 100 year old technology in disrepair and subject to weather (hurricanes, Ice Storms, interruption of service). We are thinking 20 years out and that will mean the current Energy grid will be 150 years old. Our plan to go local on this is nearing completion. Very top Secret now. The Saudi's

3. NEW NON GAS Zero Emission Engine :

 We have developed a new Car engine for all Transportation needs that uses no Gasoline at all.. Like the John Kennedy commitment to put a man on the moon in 10 years, they too had no clue how to do it. When he set the nation to do this, they had no plan or idea how to accomplish it. It took a focused effort of Research and Testing and doing. The benefits are obvious and something must be on the market soon or any disruption in Gasoline refining or Foreign Oil markets will bring high gas prices very soon . Our plan is to consolidate all experts in the fields and come up with an engine already in R&D. . While going from the Model -T to the space shuttle in 100 years in aviation, the auto engine hasn't really changed a great deal. Ours is a version of 100 percent gasoline free, Oil Company free and infrastructure free is ready to roll soon.

4. LUXURY HOME DEVELOPMENT:

We are Developing million dollar home communites that constist of "Fly-In" settings.  Similar to the Spruce Creek Fly in community in Daytona Beach where one can land a plane on a runway and taxi it to the home in an attached hanger. Some communities are being developed in or near Closed military bases lost to cities in the BRAC Department of Defense base closings.  Its saves us in building nice, long runways since they already exits.

5. RESTAURANTS and NIGHT CLUBS

An exciting theme soon to be announced... over 20 restaurants in New York City, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Orlando, Ft Lauderdale, Tampa, Daytona, Atlanta, Charlotte, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles and more. The Theme is secret now but you will love it. Also there will be a number of family style restaurants in a different theme to be added nearby.

6. MOTION PICTURE and Television Project FUNDING:

With our LA offices being completed, we will be spending over $200 million in a new Production Funding source to develop projects for Major Motion pictures and TV projects, and Documentaries. An entire new Cable Channel is being developed that will be the best of what exists currently. Mix of History Channel, Discovery Channel, Travel Channel, and News. Talking with many in Hollywood on Great movie projects we will funded. Also major, expose' Documentaries will be produced for theater or Cable Channels.

7. MOBILE Franchise Themes:

Experiencing success with the Nations First Mobile concept, we are in constant expansion mode. 8. Ending WILD FIRES

Scroll down to see more on this, but the Delivery units to make this a project with high efficiency to eliminate wild Fires and helping protect private property has been perfected as of this post. A new delivery method has been invented to allow fly over and elimination of any wild fire in California, Florida, Australia and the US western States. 9. CABLE CHANNEL- ONLINE MEDIA

We want to start an entire Cable channel that encompass the all the good themes of others. For example, new Original TV projects like USA has had success with 'Burn Notice'., so we will do "original series" development. Also World and US history specials and development of our own topics and episodes. . Also an entire News Department with hard hitting expose segments and Investigative reporters while not just repeating the same news of other news stations. We would also like to have news of other parts of the world and nations. We will also consign a series of Discovery like shows. Also each day there will be a series of shows on Health, Politics, Business, etc things that affect the way we live. We want to be the place for viewers to go for information on anything.

  11. REGIONAL EQUESTRIAN CENTERS:

As an owner of horses, CEO Bill Swisher, saw a need for first rate Boarding and Equestrian facilities near Daytona Beach, Houston, Atlanta, Los Angeles, South Florida, Tampa, and Arizona. Currently there are too many people in the Boarding business that are unregulated and just part of a private home where the owner takes on horses to board. Not a good option for many. They will be manicured and perfect condition with Safety and security in mind. They are designed by Swisher Equine experts and vets since they will be used for the boarders and public education. Top Vet centers will be on the premises to service large and other animals. Tours of the public will be part of the education enjoyment. Additionally, other rescue centers will be a part that include Tiger refuge, Giraffe centers and abused animal shelters for recovery.

12. COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS and REAL ESTATE:

It is feared that the next Bubble to burst for the Economy is the implosion of Commercial Buildings in 2012. We are positioning Swisherco to take advantage of this downturn in the  purchase of buildings for pennies on the dollar. Abandoned Big Box failed stores to Office Buildings in Foreclosures.

13. ADVERTISING AGENCY:

Being sick of Liar Ads, or complete False advertisng ignored by the Federal Trade Commission, we aim to produce our own Company ads.  But also we plan to target that Fraud and expose the Companies scamming customers

14. MAJOR RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT:

Major Research into everything from Diseases, Brain Research, Voice Recognition, and some ground breaking research on how to stop global diseases spread by Mosquito's, etc (that kill Millions of people each year), Medical Research in Pain, Nervous system, Sleep Research, and Anti alcoholism and Anti Narcotics solutions. Additional things that change lives such as Water Production research, new Drilling machines into Rock formations, Crop management vs Drought, Freezes and Food production. Methods to protect military assets from Improvised Explosives attacking our troops. And a program to Reward inventions and get the next best thing to market is foremost on our agenda.

Deciding on HQ for National Job Plan: Florida, Ohio, California, Atlanta.??

IN SEARCH OF OUR NATIONAL HQ and 1000 Jobs in 5 cities in early 2011

It will be up to the response we get from US Senators and House Members as to what City will place our National Jobs plan that we plan to add 2 - 3,000,000 new Jobs for the USA.  11 months in the planning stages we have mustered the Best of the Best from Industry, Government, Media, and Politics to form a Steering Committee to create a National Jobs plan with focus on getting Americans back to work in any way we can.  We want to turn around the US public Opinion polls of 80 % people who think they are worse off today.  

We have rejected Uber Liberals and Uber Conservatives to be in out Steering committee's to accomplish this.  We want the best of the best to think out side the box and cure this problem.  But what makes us different, is that our Jobs Plan will be an ongoing effort to FOREVER stop this ever cyclical Jobs problem and Economic downturns.   Not exactly sure what the US Department of Labor folks do all day, but we have the cure. 

We have been holding this close to the vest and while many are not pleased with Obama, we cant afford to wait for a new Presidential election to change things.  We are going under the radar and hopefully will have the help of the White House, all the media, all the House and Senate members, not to mention State House and Senate members too to accelerate this.  With Unemployment getting worse , there are stories behind the numbers and 6 mths will be just a continuation of Jobless reports of 450,000 monthly with many more millions of people just giving up.  

We plan to see what Representatives are with us or on the sideline or just using rhetoric on allllllll these plans we hear about getting people back to work.  We already have a plan. 

Will be finalizing talks with Representatives in Florida cities, Atlanta, Michigan, Ohio, California, Nevada, and other States and cities where joblessness is killing their economic base..  We have a plan.

We wont beg Government officials to be on board, but will remind their voters if we are convinced that their rhetoric doesn't match their actions about jobs when their re-elections come around.  We are getting tremendous response thus far and hope it continues.  As the Experts claim.... "Nothing will change or get better until jobs come back"  We got the plan.

UPDATE OCT 14th:
A couple Democrat Politicians cant seem to return calls or emails, but brag on their Twitter and Facebook pages how they are addressing JOBS and giving speeches on it (that wont come to anything) .. when we have 400 for their district. Man, I cant wait to run those Commercials when they go for re-election in 2012. Got to give up after 7 calls not returned. Wonder if her or his voters know this.?  Will name names in November

THE TRADITIONAL WAY OF AIR ASSETS and hitting fires with fire fighters is OBSOLETE. SMALL water drops by Helicopters and even the existing largest airliners converted for wild fires is not effective as it should or could.

While witnessing several wild Fires in Western States, Australia, Greece, Florida and California, Bill Swisher came up with a new invention to end this threat FOREVER. SwisherCo has been Re Thinking new ways NEW WAYs to END WILD FIRES. So while Swisherco is in massive expansion, priority has been given to this WATER BOMBING concept.

I think the victims of the wild fires are sick of Evacuations, and Damage to homes and business. The excessive use of State Resources and Money are at a stranglehold, as well as total life altering experiences. The destruction of Natural Resources in making pristine land and neighborhoods scared for years is heartfelt .....Then only to re live that again and again as a result of doing nothing. We have an idea.

I am sure the Insurance Companies are sick of it, the tax payers sick of it, and the Fire Fighters and Law enforcement sick of it. Poor air quality, and a total disruption of life in California and other parts of the world has got to end in the end of wild fires. The November 08 California Fires cost over $120 Million alone in money the State did not have, risked the lives of Fire fighters, and even resulted in the National Guard call up. We have the cure.

CURRENTLY THE ONLY AIR RESOURCES Are LIGHT LOADS from HELICOPTERS or insignificant loads from larger aircraft. Not only are they inaccurate, but barely 30 percent of the needed fire retardant or water reaches the fire. Better than nothing, but they are just a tool among many. They are inefficient and dangerous for those who work those tools.

In any event, SwisherCo has been working on the problem for some time and is almost ready to start production and deploy the one tool that can be used single handily to take out any wild fire safely and quickly. The result would be ground Forest Services and Fire resources needed to mop up and double check to see if any secondary missions are need to be applied to hot spots or missed fires.

SwisherCo has acquired over 30 of the largest Military Cargo planes in the world and are placing new engines, and new hardware aboard to lift the maximum water or fire retardant to hit a fire and stop it cold. Some missions would need 1 aircraft and some 10 and some all 30 aircraft. The flights will be of higher and safer altitudes. The flight pattern will resemble World War 2 Strategic Bombing of Germany and Japan . But today these aircraft will drop water Bombs. Can you just imagine the sight of a fleet of water Bombers over a fire while you watch them do their job.?

The Secret Key to the system, Currently under top security in final Development , is the "Water Bomb" , invented by Bill Swisher and experts in aerodynamics. The key is not only the design but how it has to be reloaded quickly and in a timely manner near a fire in its own loading machinery also invented by Swisher. The water bombs can also be made of inert substances or fertilizer based material to help the Eco system of the fire damaged area. Or in cases of certain soils and conditions, as in Florida (where the "under growth muck" is so thick) fires continue inches below the ground, a fire retardant can stifle continued oxygen and fuel to that area. Just a safe double check by ground crews of the status of muck fires would be needed to see if a second mission is needed.

The Water Bomb can also be directed by infrared or heat sourced sighting for precise water drops completely destroying the fire on the ground. Currently, if our math is correct, helicopters drop 300-500 pounds of water and even the largest current DC-10s drop only 12,000 gallons of the retardant with 30 percent effectiveness. Our fleet will be able to drop over 80,ooo to 400,000 pounds of water bombs to nearly 95 percent efficiency with no damage to structures and the Eco system at all. While we would like to be called out sooner than later on fires so they are not allowed to become out of control and requiring more aircraft.

In addition to revitalized current aircraft, SwisherCo is in talks with Aircraft manufacturers to build NEW large capacity aircraft for larger fires and greater range.

Location of the aircraft fleet will also provide over 500 jobs to the communities we locate. SwisherCo has been seeking Congressional , White House and Department of Defence assistance to base the Southern California fleet at Pt Mugu. But San Bernardino Airport would be a great home too and that Airport has a wonderful economic development office. Florida is to be in Central Florida... both location have 2 mile long runways and ex USAF Bomber bases.

All is needed now at this writing, is some tweaking of design features. SwisherCo believes to be fully capitalized on its own but might require State and Federal monies or money from grass roots efforts or money from Insurance companies and Entities who will benefit Directly from the end of Wild Fires as we know them. Billions of future dollars will be saved and Insurance companies can take into account in premiums that do not have loss of fire damage as a threat . If outside funds are provided, SwisherCo will detect and destroy wild fires for Free for a limited time to prove its value. Everyone wins.

We can put a lot of water bombing technology in this Russian Aircraft too. If these are used, that resemble the USAF C-5As in load, it would be an enormous asset. Bill Swisher's choice will be that of water and suppression devices and tools.. From complete Carpet bombing like that of World War 2 and B-52s in Vietnam to smart water drops to materials the kill the fuel and oxygen in the Fires.
